The challenge
Small and medium companies in Mozambique were running the business on spreadsheets and disconnected invoicing programs, with no reliable stock position and no way to satisfy the tax authority requirements for certified documents.
What we built
ERPMOZ brings agenda, documents, invoicing, management, treasury, inventory and reference tables into one certified application.
The invoicing module covers sales, purchases, receipts, payments and credit notes, with VAT, discounts, cost centres and multi-currency handled per document line.
A dedicated point-of-sale front end, RESTCHEF, adds tables, sectors, cash sessions and quick sale flows for restaurants and bars.

- Certified documents issued directly from the system
- One stock position shared by sales, purchases and inventory
- Cash closing that reconciles at the end of every shift
