Who is responsible

Presshift Technology, Lda, with offices at Av. Milagre Mabote nº 23, Maputo, Mozambique, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect what you send us, plus anonymous measurement of which pages are read. This website carries no advertising and does not profile you.

• Contact form: name, email address, telephone number, company and the message you write.
• Technical logs kept by the hosting provider: IP address, date, requested page and browser identification, used to detect abuse and kept for a short period.
• Measurement cookies, which record which pages are visited, roughly from where, and on what kind of device. Your IP address is anonymised and the data is never joined to your name.
• Your answer to the cookie notice, stored in your browser so we do not ask again.

Cookies and measurement

We use measurement cookies to see which pages are read and which ones people leave. That is the only way we know what is worth writing more of. They are switched on when you arrive, and the notice at the foot of the page tells you so on your first visit.

The measurement is anonymous and aggregated: your IP address is shortened before it is stored, nothing is joined to your name, and we never use it for advertising or to build a profile of you.

You can reject them at any time, from the notice or from the box on this page. Rejecting switches measurement off on that device and deletes the cookies already written. Clearing your browser data has the same effect.

The rest of the site — the fonts, the images, the contact form — is served from our own domain. There is no advertising network and no social media tracking pixel.

Why we use it

We use the details you submit only to answer your request and, where a contract follows, to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and, afterwards, for the period required to defend a possible claim. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Who else sees it

Only our own team, and the hosting and email providers strictly needed to deliver the message. We do not transfer your data to advertisers.

Page views are processed by our measurement provider, which may store them outside Mozambique. Rejecting cookies stops that for your device.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or limit the use of your personal data, and you may withdraw a consent you have given. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, applies a Content Security Policy and the standard set of protective HTTP headers, and the contact endpoint validates and rate-limits every submission.
