The challenge
Managers had to wait for the end of the month to know how the business was doing, because the numbers only came together when someone closed the books.
What we built
A dashboard that puts the month-to-date position on the first screen after sign-in, with sales, expenses, customers, suppliers and products one click away.
Every indicator is calculated from the same transactions that produce the documents, so the panel and the accounts cannot disagree.
