The challenge
Enrolment ran on paper forms that were re-typed into spreadsheets, so the school never had a single reliable list of students, guardians and payments.
What we built
A structured enrolment form captures the student, the previous school, the intended class and both parents, with the photograph attached to the record.
Around it sit the modules for students, classes, fees, grades, reports and users, each with its own permissions.
Results
- Enrolment completed in one pass, with validation
- One record per student, shared by every module
- Fee position visible at any moment
